TRAINING THE NEXT GENERATION OF HEALTHCARE LEADERS
I am an engineer... and a scientist... and a designer. I use math and experimentation to think my way through complex, messy problems that center around people and processes. I believe that systematic, structured approaches are necessary to address today's challenges and changes in all areas of healthcare. I use my empathy and creativity to put the people at the center of my solution design process, to ensure that the tools we build as engineers are usable and user-friendly for the people who will be using them. Combined, these tools enable me to develop decision making that is data-driven, human-centric, and actionable. This is what I teach to my students.
